Home Sweet Home:)

When we headed to the hospital on Sunday, we expected to be there for maybe 3 hours...those 3 hours turned into 4 days! The doctor today finally released me and sent me home to be put on strict bed rest:-/ That's okay though, because at least I'm home!!! My mom was able to fly in today and has already made being at home, laying on the couch, much more tolerable. She's already done I think 3 loads of laundry, emptied the dishwasher, is helping getting the hospital bag ready--since I obviously wasn't prepared this week! So now its just a waiting time!

I'm on medication every 4 hours to keep the contractions down, so as soon as the babies start ignoring that, we will be headed back to the hospital, hopefully for their arrival at that point!

All in all, I'm happy to be home, Braden can finally go to work and not have to sit at the hospital all day with me, and Jackson is happy to be laying next to me on the couch...protecting me and his sisters:)

  1. I am happy to hear they will be in you a little longer. Get them to 36 weeks and they probably won't have to go to the NICU. My sister's niece was born at 33weeks ans weighed only 3.13lbs and got to go home at 36 weeks. I am so excited for you and Braden, I have no doubt you guys will be great parents. Enjoy the relaxation now because there will be no relaxing soon (believe me...I am exhausted with three!)
