Our 1st Halloween!

We've had a very busy 1st Halloween and have been able to join in on most festivities! We started with Aunt Meagan's annual Pumpkin carving party and got to meet a lot of other babies...our favorite was the Giraffe, Carter:)

Saturday, Braden and I were able to enjoy the Parr's annual Halloween party while Yaya and Bompa took the girls home to go to sleep. Maybe they'll be able to "hang" the whole time next year!?:)

And tonight, for our first Trick or Treat adventure, we went to the Buckley's and Ava, Molly, and Ellie were all baby chicks and we actually did go trick or treating! We nicely passed on the candy though and saved it for the big kids! We'll take it all next year though:)

Trick or Treating is exhausting!!!

Bath Time!

As you can see, they were starting to fill in their baby bath tub so I thought it was time for a new one! I took some pictures in them since they will be their last baths in the Puj bath tub! I'm excited for when they can have bath time together and play with all their toys!

5 Months

I can't believe our babies are already 5 months old! I try not to think about it because I know kindergarten is just around the corner! But for now, I'll try to focus on being 5 months:) They are so much fun and I love watching them grow and learn new things everyday. Within the past week, they have both started to roll over. Ellie is really practicing daily and getting the hang of it pretty well. During naps, she will often end up on her stomach.

They also really enjoy talking to each other...I now have a strong belief in the "twin language!" They take turns talking back and forth and Ellie loves touching Molly's face all the time:) I could watch them play together all day long...its very entertaining (for me!:)

According to our scale, they may both be floating around the 14lb mark...give or take a little with each! I still think there is a good 1/2 or more difference between the 2. They will both be starting cereal this week, cause I think they seem to be hungrier than usual lately. We'll see how that goes!

5 Months! October 28, 2011

They got to spend the week with Pro Yaya and Pro Pompa, as they unexpectedly had to come to town for Yaya to get retina surgery. All went well and they were all able to hang out and play all week!

Thank you Aunt Kalley for our cute shirts!!!

I thought I would document how they both drink their bottles because they both have their "signature" positions...
Molly doesn't want to be bothered and covers her face...

Ellie holds onto the bottle like a little squirrel:)

The 3 of them all play very nicely together!:)

Molly wanted to pet Jackson while watching the football game:)

Pumpkin Patch

We had a fun filled weekend and were able to enjoy the very warm "Fall" weather! We had my friend Megan, from work, (yes, I have about 4 very close friends named Megan!) wedding this weekend, which was fun because I got to see everyone I used to work with:) Although the company I used to work for maybe wasn't the greatest, there was one thing that was, and that was the people and friendships I got out of working there.

We also went and met our cousins, Craig, Sara, Ally, and Hannah today at the pumpkin patch. It was fun to see Ally and Hannah, who were our flower girls in our wedding, be with our babies!

Ruby Trust is also in full force with Harvest. We have already had 2 shipments of grapes, the Syrah and one lot of the Cab. There are still 6 more tons of grapes that will be on their way soon!

Happy naked babies!...I tried to make the picture as appropriate as possible!:)

It's been a while...

We have been quite busy the past few weeks! The week I started my new job, the girls and I headed out to CA for our friends Meredith and Peter's wedding:) It was my first time flying with both of the babies by myself, since Braden had to stay home to tend to the winery:( However, the girls did great on both flights and handled it like champs! We also got to spend a lot of time with our cousin Ayla...which was nice to not have to see her over the "puter," as she calls it!

This past weekend we also got to spend time with our other cousins, Grayson, Matalley, and Lola:) M & E are catching up to Lola very quickly! I think the girls may pass her up in weight next time we see her!:)

This was tonight...Molly likes the camera while Ellie is too busy playing with her toys!

Dodds/Sadler kids...this is who they were on that day:
Grayson checking over all the girls with his fly down, Molly crying with one sock on and one off, Lola just happy checking out what's wrong with Molly, Ellie is just kind of confused as to why she has to be in this picture, and Matalley the proudest big sister and cousin in the world!
